A lady in the higher
institution got pregnant mistakenly to her boyfriend. After delivering
the baby, the man asked him for marriage which the lady refused because
the young man is not a member of her church. After 3 months of
delivering the baby the lady continued her education in higher learning,
she later graduated and married a fellow graduate who is a member of
her church – a church wedding indeed. As time goes on, the man who
impregnated this lady got saved and
became a member of this lady’s church in another branch unknown to the
lady who is now happily married and having up to 2 children. This man who impregnated the lady after getting saved was praying for a spouse and God reminded him of the lady he impregnated while at school, telling him that is his wife (no more, no less). The man explained his ordeal to the church ministry and they gave him a letter to be given to the wife and his current husband. The man located the lady, explains the issue to the current husband, and gave him letter from the church ministry which means they need to be separated, so that the first man can marry the will of God. However, the lady protested that he was raped by this first man, but rape or no rape she must go back to her first love!
Spiritual Lesson: It is necessary and compulsory for anybody that wants to have a happy and successful marriage to seek the face and will of God! If the second man had prayed, fasted and waited upon God, God would show him his rightful wife and he will not marry the wrong person.
Moral Lesson: If you are going into marriage with anybody, do not hold any secret behind and make sure you quiz your spouse so that there should not be any skeleton in the cupboard. The woman should have told the man she is having a child to another man before getting married.
